The Role As a Sales & Customer Experience Representative (Experience Guide) , you are the face of our boutique and a key driver of revenue. You will: Welcome guests and create a warm, elevated first impression Customize each guests massage experience Educate guests on enhancements, memberships, and retail products Confidently recommend memberships to support long-term wellness Book appointments and manage the front desk flow Handle checkout and ensure a seamless guest journey Youll combine hospitality and sales skills to deliver an exceptional experience while driving performance. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the boutique, maintains front desk standards, books appointments, promotes services, and handles guest transactions.
