Job Description:

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional care to patients with critical needs while managing the nursing team's daily operations. Based in a fast-paced environment, the CNC will support adherence to HCA’s high standards of care, ensuring all patients receive the medical attention they require. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, directly contributing to patient care outcomes and departmental efficiency. Oversee the daily operations of the PCU nursing staff. Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient care. Develop and implement standards and procedures for the unit. Engage in continuous education and training of the nursing team. Manage patient care strategically and proactively. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in nursing best practices and care management Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS Certification ACLS Certification Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
