Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The ideal candidate will supervise and facilitate the highest quality nursing care for patients with critical conditions. This role requires strong leadership to oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with all policies while maintaining our standard of excellence in patient care. Manage patient care in the Progressive Care Unit. Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Serve as a mentor and resource for staff nurses, providing guidance and training. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Monitor and ensure the quality of nursing practices and patient care. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling and patient documentation. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of medical software and equipment Adept at critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in Progressive Care Nursing (PCCN) preferred
