Our RNs play a critical role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of HCA Healthcare. Monitor patient condition, document patient status and nursing care, and respond to potential complications in a timely manner. Administer medications, maintain accurate and complete patient records, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss and plan patient care. Educate patients and their families on illness prevention, health maintenance, and prescribed treatments. Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency scenarios. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in the state of employment. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.
