Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant, located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide hands-on support in delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with patient evaluations, implementing rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on recovery exercises and techniques. The role also involves maintaining treatment records and ensuring a safe and supportive therapy environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy principles and Rehabilitation techniques Strong skills in providing Quality Patient Care and personalized treatment plans Understanding and experience in Orthopedics and related patient care Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Florida Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team Experience in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
