Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs and make informed decisions. Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience in internal medicine and value-based care preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams. Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
