We are on the lookout for a Disaster Restoration Field Supervisor with a focus on Rebuild Services to join our dedicated team. Offering a competitive salary range of $50K to $80K based on experience, this role is pivotal in managing our subcontractors who specialize in rebuild services after disaster restoration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors responsible for providing rebuild services, ensuring they meet our stringent standards of quality, budget adherence, and timeliness.
• Manage the rebuild segment of our disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring subcontractor activities align with client expectations and project goals for satisfaction and profitability.
• Conduct financial oversight, including the timely collection of payments and monitoring the economic aspects of rebuild projects.
• Attend and contribute to company meetings, support in training initiatives, and advocate for a safety-first culture in all rebuild activities.
• Handle multiple rebuild projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and detailed communication and documentation.
• Foster and maintain productive relationships with clients, reinforcing our commitment to top-tier rebuild services after disasters. What We Expect From You:
